In December 2011 Habitissimo invoiced close to € 360,000 with a growth of 100% per year, which entailed the need to introduce financial control in order to manage growth, putting emphasis on Cash Flow Management.

Timonel Consulting was hired in March 2012 as an outsourced financial manager in order to face this challenge.

Timonel Consulting started its financial management service with 15 hours per month in 2012, reaching 40 hours a month in 2016:
